Check-in operations for physique coaches
Your clients check in every week. You lose a Sunday every week.
CheckerFit reads the photos, recalculates the macros, adjusts the loads and drafts both reports — then stops and waits for you. Nothing reaches a client until you approve it.

Flags for you
- Weight trending above the range for a lean bulk block.
- Reports sleeping under 6 h for the third week.

The arithmetic
Coaching doesn’t stop scaling because you run out of clients. It stops because you run out of Sundays.
Every check-in is the same loop: open the photos, compare them to last time, recalculate the numbers, adjust the loads, rewrite the meal plan, and write it up twice — once in plain language for the client, once honestly for yourself.
Say a careful check-in takes you twenty minutes by hand. Use your own number.
At 30 clients, that is ten hours every week, before a single conversation.
The client you don’t take on, because the week has already run out of room.
The pipeline
Four stages. You own the last one.
Your client submits, the pipeline runs, and the work lands in your queue as a draft — usually within minutes.
The client submits
Three poses — front, side, back — plus weight, adherence and how the week went. They do it in their own private channel, from their phone.
The photos get read
A written read of each pose and a status light — green, yellow or red — against the goal set for this block. Before analysis, faces get an eye privacy bar.
The plan recalculates
Calories move on the bodyweight trend, not on a guess. Loads move on the effort your client reported. Meal portions are computed from USDA data to land within 3 g of each macro target.
You decide
The draft lands in your review channel. Approve it, request changes and get a rewrite, or reject it for a fresh analysis. Nothing moves without you.
Where the line sits
It drafts. You sign.
You are the one your client hired, and you are the one on the hook for what reaches them. So the approval step isn’t a setting you can switch off — it’s how the thing is built.
Your method, not a default
Preferred split, weekly frequency, lifts you ban, lifts you always program, your cardio policy and how you handle progression. The plans come out looking like yours.
Numbers that aren’t guessed
Calories and macros come from Mifflin-St Jeor. The AI never sets them. Meal portions are calculated from USDA nutrition data, and a plan that misses its targets doesn’t go out.
Two reports, one of them private
Your client gets the plain-language report. You get the blunt one, with the raw read and the flags, plus a copy of what your client received. Both are password-protected.
What we’re building nextIn testing · not in the product yet
The comparison your client can’t see in the mirror.
Week to week, nothing changes. Across months, everything does — but only if the two photos are actually comparable. The comparison engine anchors the pair, builds one composite and reads it as one image.
- Deterministic pairing. The baseline and the latest check-in are picked by sequence, matched pose to pose. No model decides which photos to compare.
- Fixed reference lines. The same four lines cross both panels. If they land in different places, the camera moved — and you see that it moved, instead of reading it as progress.
- Framing first. If the two photos aren’t comparable, it says so and doesn’t describe progress.
Reference lines R1–R4 are fixed. Misalignment across panels means the camera framing changed, not the physique. · Schematic — illustrates the layout, not a client.
Pricing at launch
Priced per seat on your roster.
A seat is a client you’re coaching — not a check-in, not an upload. Annual billing runs ten months instead of twelve. Billing isn’t open yet: during the private beta, CheckerFit is free.
- Weekly photo analysis
- Deterministic macros and weekly calibration
- Client report + private coach report
- Everything in Pro
- Extra seats at $13/client/mo
- Extra trainers at $39/mo
Pro with extra seats passes Studio’s price at your 44th client. If you’re heading past forty, Studio is cheaper — we’d rather tell you now than let you find out on an invoice.
Straight answers
Before you join the beta
Is CheckerFit an AI coach?
No. You are the coach. The AI reads the photos and drafts the reports; the numbers are calculated; you review and approve everything before your client sees it. Your clients are told AI is part of the process.
Do I have to accept what the analysis says?
No. Every report lands in your review channel as a draft. Approve it, request changes and get a rewrite, or reject it and the check-in is analyzed again. Nothing reaches a client without your approval.
How are the macros calculated?
With Mifflin-St Jeor, in code. The AI never estimates or adjusts macros. Meal portions are then computed from USDA FoodData Central values so each plan lands within 3 g of every macro target.
Why does this run in Discord?
Because your clients already have it on their phone, and a check-in is a few messages in their own private channel instead of another login. Your review queue lives in a channel you keep open anyway.
Can my clients get their reports in Spanish?
Yes. You choose English or Spanish once, when you set up your account, and all your clients get the product in that language. The choice is permanent for that account.
Does it give advice on supplements, hormones or medication?
No. CheckerFit never gives hormone or drug dosing, to you or to your clients. Questions like that are left to you.
Who can use CheckerFit?
Adults only. Coaches and clients must be 18 or older, and a date of birth is required at signup.
What does the AI cost me on top of the subscription?
During the beta, nothing — CheckerFit is free. At launch, analysis, calibration and reports are included in the seat price, with no metered usage.
